Software license

1. Your right to use LY Suite

A valid permanent purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to install and use the included version of LY Rack and all 15 individual plugins on up to two computers. The software is licensed, not its intellectual property sold. You may use it for personal and commercial music production; audio you create remains yours.

2. Activation and computer changes

Activate online inside any LY plugin by selecting Permanent and entering your Gumroad license key. One activation unlocks the entire suite on that computer. The permanent certificate then works offline. A third computer requires freeing an existing activation: contact support with your order ID for assistance. Reinstalling Windows or changing hardware may require activation assistance.

3. Protect your key

Keep your key private. Do not share a purchased license with other people, resell keys, redistribute the installer as your own product, or bypass the activation system. Any statutory rights to interoperability, permitted study or other exceptions under applicable law are preserved. This license does not authorize copying third-party music or presets without permission.

4. Permanent and gift licenses

The permanent license has no recurring subscription charge and no scheduled expiry for the included version. Separately, a personally issued gift license normally lasts 90 days and may be renewed by the creator. A gift is not a permanent purchase or an automatically renewing subscription.

Monthly access

A Monthly membership covers the same suite on up to two computers while the subscription is active. Choose Monthly and activate online. Periodic verification issues a certificate valid for up to three days offline, shortened by an earlier effective end date. Automatic renewal is attempted near expiry; a connection failure preserves the existing certificate but cannot extend it. Cancel through Gumroad; access continues until the effective end date. An already open plugin instance keeps working for that session. New instances require a valid certificate.

5. Updates, refunds and misuse

Future major upgrades and new products are not automatically included unless expressly offered. Support may correct activation records or withdraw online activation entitlement following a refunded purchase, reversed payment or established license misuse, subject to applicable law and a chance to resolve disputed errors. A permanent offline certificate cannot be remotely recalled while the computer stays offline. After a full refund, your right to use the refunded license ends even if an existing certificate remains on the computer.

6. Your projects and legal rights

Keep backups of your projects, installers and rendered audio. A license does not guarantee compatibility with every future host or operating system. Nothing in this license removes mandatory guarantees, remedies for non-conforming digital content or other rights required by law.
