Privacy policy

1. Who handles your data

The creator operating the ANDRXW brand handles data for LY Suite licensing and support. Contact: contact@lyandrxw.com. Gumroad handles checkout and its own purchase records under its privacy policy.

2. Purchases and activation

Gumroad collects the purchase, contact and payment information required for checkout. We do not request card numbers on this website. During online activation the plugin sends your license key, chosen license type, computer code and computer label to the licensing service. The service sends the key and product identifier to Gumroad to verify the purchase.

The licensing database stores a protected hash of the key, license identifier, license type and status, purchaser name returned by Gumroad (or a fallback label), product and purchase identifiers, expiry where applicable, and timestamps. For each activated computer it stores a hashed computer code, label and activation timestamps. A computer hash is a pseudonymous identifier and is not treated as anonymous data.

The service also records administrative license actions. Network infrastructure may process IP addresses and request metadata for security. The API creates short-lived hashed rate-limit records with a two-minute expiry; expired records are cleared on subsequent activation requests. The activation payload does not contain your audio, DAW projects or recordings.

3. Support

If you email or message us, we receive the contact details, order information, message and attachments you choose to send. Share only what is needed to investigate the issue. Do not send payment-card data or unrelated sensitive information.

4. Purposes and lawful bases

Purchase verification, delivery, activation and requested support are necessary to perform the software agreement. Fraud prevention, enforcing the two-computer limit and securing the service are based on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Records may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations or handle legal claims. Optional marketing would require an appropriate separate basis; buying the suite does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

5. Providers and international processing

Gumroad provides checkout and purchase verification. Cloudflare hosts the licensing service and provides network security. Netlify hosts this website, and Sanity delivers the published videos, images and audio examples. These services receive connection metadata when your browser loads the site or its media. Email providers receive support messages. Instagram/Meta handles messages if you choose that channel.

Embedded YouTube or Vimeo players load only after you choose Play. Opening a social media link takes you to the selected platform, where that platform’s privacy policy applies. The content administration panel uses Sanity authentication and is reserved for the project administrator.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to contact Google and disclose connection metadata such as your IP address. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA.

6. Retention and local storage

License and activation records are kept while needed to maintain your entitlement, recover activations and resolve relevant disputes or legal obligations. The current service does not automatically delete permanent license records. Support correspondence is retained while needed for the request and related follow-up; deletion requests are reviewed individually. Provider logs and purchase records follow their own retention rules.

The plugin stores its signed activation certificate on your computer so the permanent license can work offline. The current public website does not include advertising pixels or an analytics integration. Gumroad checkout, external services and hosting security may use their own cookies; their policies apply when you use those services.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us by email; we may need proportionate proof that the request relates to your purchase. Erasure is not absolute where records must be retained by law or are necessary for legal claims. We will explain any impact on activation recovery rather than automatically revoke a paid license because you made a privacy request.

You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP. If an automated activation decision rejects your key or computer limit, contact support for human review.
