Refund policy

1. Request help or a refund

Contact contact@lyandrxw.com with your Gumroad order ID and the reason for your request. For technical issues, include your Windows version, DAW and version, the affected plugin, and steps to reproduce the problem. You do not need to send a complete project, private recordings or your license key just to open a request. If email receives no reply, use Instagram.

2. Faulty software or delivery problems

If the software fails to work as described on a compatible system, or the download or activation is not delivered correctly, we will examine the problem and provide assistance. Your legal rights may include a correction, price reduction or termination and refund under the conditions required by applicable law. Contacting support does not replace or shorten those rights. There is no requirement that the issue must be a DAW crash.

3. Withdrawal from a digital purchase

Where EU consumer rules apply, distance purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal right can be lost only when the legal conditions are satisfied, including your prior express consent to begin supply and acknowledgement of the loss of that right. Receiving a key or clicking download alone is not a blanket waiver. If those conditions are not satisfied, or another mandatory right applies, you retain the rights the law provides.

4. Other requests

Requests beyond mandatory rights are reviewed individually. This page does not offer a separate unconditional money-back guarantee or impose a blanket “no refunds” rule. No extra commercial deadline here limits a statutory claim. The applicable offer and these policies should be consistent with the Gumroad product listing.

5. Processing and license consequences

Refunds for purchases made through Gumroad are handled through Gumroad. Once approved, timing depends on Gumroad, the original payment method and the payment provider. We do not promise a fixed banking timeframe. Following a full refund, stop using the refunded license and uninstall that licensed copy unless another valid license covers your use.
