Terms of purchase

1. Product and creator

LY Suite is software created under the ANDRXW brand in Romania. The current release contains LY Rack and 15 individual plugins: Gain, Gate, EQ, FET, Opto, DeEsser, Air, Drive, Limiter, Chorus, Doubler, Delay, Reverb, Tune and Boy, plus 73 factory presets.

2. Compatibility and delivery

This release is for Windows 64-bit and DAWs supporting VST3. It does not include macOS, AU or AAX versions. Check compatibility before purchasing. Activation and offline reopening have been checked in FL Studio; this does not mean every host and system has been tested. The installer is not yet publisher-signed.

Gumroad handles checkout, the purchase receipt, installer download and purchase license-key delivery. Delivery follows successful payment through Gumroad. The web rack is an illustrative, interactive concept and does not process audio; it is not a screenshot of the supplied plugin.

3. Price and payment

The listed permanent price is €79 before applicable taxes. The final amount, currency conversion and any applicable taxes are shown by Gumroad at checkout. This is a one-time purchase. Monthly is a separate recurring Gumroad membership at €9.99/month before applicable taxes. The amount and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Cancel future renewals through your Gumroad receipt.

4. What permanent means

The purchase grants a permanent license to use the included version of the suite on up to two computers, subject to the license terms. Internet is needed for initial activation on each computer; the activated permanent license subsequently works offline. Permanent use does not promise all future major versions, additional products or unlimited support forever. Any paid upgrades will be described separately. Mandatory rights to necessary updates and remedies remain unaffected.

5. Support and changes

Support is provided personally by the creator through email, with Instagram as a fallback. No fixed response time is promised. New website terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Save your receipt and a copy of the purchase terms.

6. Consumer rights and disputes

The refund policy explains refund requests and statutory rights. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, legal remedies for faulty software, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first to discuss a problem. You may also contact the competent consumer authority or court; no exclusive forum here overrides your mandatory rights.
